 The Sheraton Wild Horse Pass Resort & Spa is the perfect celebration location for mothers this year with a four-course brunch, resort and spa specials designed just for her.
The resort is offering guests a four-course pre-fixe Mother's Day brunch prepared by AAA Five-Diamond and Forbes Five-Star award-winning Executive Chef, Michael O'Dowd. The brunch will feature four-courses complete with an amuse and a dessert buffet and a specialty children's buffet for our youngest guests. Nosh on a variety of chef's visionary combinations. Start with a shrimp and crabmeat cocktail shot with avocado, mango I'itoi onions and horseradish tomato relish or tiny lettuce tendrils with goat cheese panna cotta, cucumber marbles, date and fig spread, candied almonds, plumped cranberries and Agave mustard vinaigrette. Move onto the main show and enjoy fry bread Benedict with smoked chipotle hollandaise, or seafood in lobster crema fondue. Other options include; peppercorn crusted filet mignon and gulf shrimp, or pork porterhouse marinated in mole and sangria served with sweet Mexican vanilla and maple yam cupcakes and more. Sprint to the finish and leave self-restraint behind with a tempting dessert station. This exceptional brunch event takes place on Sunday, May 13 from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. in the Resort's Ko'Sin restaurant and offers indoor and outdoor seating at $60 per adult, $54 for seniors, the children's buffet is offered at $25 for children 5-12 years old and is free for children four and under.
