Our Convention Services staff will help guests plan events in over 100,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor function space. Designed to inspire, our function rooms are named after Sonoran Desert animals and feature earth tones and cultural designs. Our main ballroom offers more than 17,000 square feet, and our Junior Ballroom, more than 7,000 square feet. Sixteen function rooms in all offer a variety of seating options. The two ballrooms display murals in subtle tones with images based on ancient figures representing music and dancing in the Main Ballroom, while baskets and pottery designs adorn the Junior Ballroom.

Our catering staff excels in designing menus for groups of all sizes. Offering a blend of skill and creative talent, we can help our guests create an event tailored to their needs and interests, with touches of our regional cuisine and flavor. We offer an array of both indoor and extensive outdoor venues and can transform a room with themes such as Old West and Native Spirit. Due to our superb desert setting, we are able to offer year-round outdoor venues; Events can be held in beautiful surroundings such as our Grand Lawn, Poolside Terrace, Koli Equestrian Center, and be topped off with sunset views and fireworks.
